Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Veelox's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Veelox provides AI automation solutions for Singapore businesses, including but not limited to:
- AI receptionist and phone automation
- WhatsApp chatbot development
- Invoice generation and automation
- Insurance form processing
- Appointment scheduling integration
- ERM integration and data synchronization
3. Service Agreement
3.1 Consultation
Initial consultations are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes. No contractual obligation arises from a consultation alone.
3.2 Implementation
Upon agreement, we will provide a detailed scope of work, timeline, and pricing. Implementation begins after signed agreement and initial payment.
3.3 Monthly Service
After initial implementation, services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified in writing. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated
- Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date
- Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge
- Services may be suspended for non-payment after 14 days notice
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Client Ownership
Clients own all workflows, automations, and custom code developed specifically for their business. Upon full payment, all source code and workflow configurations are provided to the client.
5.2 Veelox Ownership
Veelox retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, templates, and general-purpose tools used across multiple clients.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the business relationship. We will sign NDAs upon request.
7. Data Protection
We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). All client data is:
- Stored in Singapore data centers
- Encrypted in transit and at rest
- Accessible only to authorized personnel
- Never shared with third parties without consent
8. Service Level Agreement
8.1 Uptime
We target 99.5% uptime for all automation systems. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
8.2 Support
- Email support: Response within 24 business hours
- Critical issues: Response within 4 hours
- Phone support available during Singapore business hours (9 AM - 6 PM SGT)
9. Warranties and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Warranty
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. ROI estimates are projections based on typical results but are not guaranteed.
9.2 Disclaimer
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SAVINGS OR RESULTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
Veelox's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
11. Termination
11.1 By Client
Clients may terminate with 30 days written notice. All fees for services rendered up to termination date remain due.
11.2 By Veelox
We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of terms. We may terminate with 30 days notice for any other reason.
11.3 Post-Termination
Upon termination, we will provide all workflow documentation and source code within 14 days. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own systems after termination.
12. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify Veelox against claims arising from: (1) client's use of the services, (2) violation of these terms, or (3) infringement of third-party rights.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
